B Safe was proud to have been chosen to provide ongoing safety consultancy services for the duration of The GPT Group $300 million development of Highpoint Shopping Centre. The 30,000m2 expansion will grow the Centre to 156,000m2 and introduce David Jones, Woolworths, a new Fresh Food Market, approximately 100 new speciality stores, 1,000 new car parks and community spaces. B Safe worked closely with owner developer The GPT Group, Project Management team from APP Corporation, Principal Contractor Probuild Constructions (Aust) and in excess of 1000 shopfitters to complete the project for scheduled opening in March 2013.
